The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage

We had an amazing stay at the Westin Mission Hills Villas! The staff felt like family, and the pools were a wonderful way to relax. The quality of the surroundings was beautiful, which made our time even more enjoyable. However, some parts of the villa could use an update, and the distance from the pool areas was a bit inconvenient.

The resort has a lovely property with spacious villas and great amenities, making it ideal for families. However, my experience was overshadowed by several service miscommunications and issues with room assignments that left me feeling disappointed. While the accommodations were nice, the service inconsistencies made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.
